Brolo dei Giusti is the line by Cantine di Verona designed for haute cuisine. It includes Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG and Valpolicella Superiore DOC, two wines that represent the excellence of Valpantena and Valsquaranto, produced only in the best vintages and designed to accompany special moments, true seconds suspended in time.
Elegant and with a well-defined style, the bottle labels in the Brolo dei Giusti line are silkscreened rather than glued on so that they remain intact through the long aging process. Limited bottles, all numbered, made to pass the wisdom in our memories. Just as the brolo protects the garden vineyard, so do bottles of Brolo dei Giusti protect the secret of a wine designed to make precious moments unique.
The ‘Giusto’ evoked by the name is a tribute to the farmers, who, at the end of a long day’s work, sit on the ‘marogna’, the traditional dry-stone wall that surrounds the brolo, to contemplate their work, immersed in the geometry of the vines and the beauty of nature.
Its name therefore recalls the festive garden vineyard typical of the valleys of Verona. Brolo dei Giusti also pays homage to the commitment of the ‘giusti’, the partners and workers at Cantine di Verona who believe in the values of eco-sustainable agriculture and form the true heart of the company.
